Hi guys,
I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy and excited, I pass the selection for the Amsterdam Fashion Institute.
I had to take part in a suitability test on 22 April, which consisted of a send-in assignment and a personal intake interview with a teacher and a senior student. After the intake I had such a bad feeling about it because the interview didn't go well.
I had not the chance to show my talents. I had the first interview of the day and the teacher didn't know very well what to ask, the senior student was so unkind, and I was like "Okaay.. I am screwed".
I had to wait 5 weeks, 5 f*cking(sorry!) weeks for the result. The most difficult part is waiting, not knowing what the result will be. And waiting with a negative feeling is the worst! I was so depressed the last 5 weeks, so happy that it's all over now.
By the way, I will show you my assignment.
I had to make a Fashion doll as a fashion accessory.. In the beginning I had no idea what to make, or even what they want me to make, the assignment was so vague. Should I make a barbie or whatever, or should I use a doll to make an accessory, or should my accessory look like a doll???? AAAHH to much unanswered questions!
But thennn... I had an Idea!
And I made this! Versatile and unique, so what do you think?
